Hi, I’m PETER
Hey, I’m Peter, a Milwaukee native and lifelong Green Bay Packers fanatic. Since 2004, I’ve been in the NYC fitness scene, training the city’s movers and shakers.
Over a decade in luxury gyms taught me plenty, but I craved more. That’s why I’m here – to coach lifestyle habits, not just fitness routines.

Weight Training
While there are no requirements to do ANYTHING you feel uncomfortable doing for exercise, it’s important to realize that, 9 times out of 10, some kind of weight training will be part of getting you to the fitness level you desire

Nutrition
I don’t believe in “diets” and want you to be freed from them. Learn how to eat mindfully by learning your body’s natural cues. Enjoy your favorites and never feel deprived by nutrition lessons that allow you to take control back from craving and mindless eating.
Exercise
Not a cookie-cutter program. With the help of extensive questionnaires and self assessment, your program will be at YOUR capability level, with progressions and regressions to get each exercise right for you. Can be adjusted for a gym or at home workouts.
Coaching
A guide in your corner– this is your journey. I’m here to support you to help you find your “why” and then hold you accountable. Regular email/ messaging check-ins to make sure your questions and concerns are answered; ongoing feedback on your nutrition lessons; every other week video calls for anything else.
